The story
The idea
The name reads like an address scribbled down for an appointment. Picture a Left Bank apartment, old panelling, a low lamp and a stick of incense burning in a corner. The scent keeps the same reserve: it does not announce itself, it settles in.
The accord
Black pepper opens dry and sharp, lifted by juniper berries and cypriol, a smoky, earthy root. In the heart, iris lays down a cool powder while incense and oud darken it. Patchouli, benzoin and musk build a resinous base, soft and deep.
On the skin
The first minutes prickle a little, then the iris and the smoke take over. Longevity is long and the sillage noticeable: it stays on a collar or a scarf until the next morning.
When to wear it
In the evening, through autumn and winter, for a dinner, a gallery opening or a night for two. It suits him as well as her. Two sprays on the neck are enough, a third on clothing to keep it longer.
