Who we are

ROSÉ (rosedz.com and the ROSÉ app) is an online shop for original fragrances in Algeria, a Pinkish brand. We are responsible for the personal data you entrust to us.
For any question about your data: support@rosedz.com, WhatsApp at 0797959399 or by phone at 0770899690.

When you order: first and last name, phone number, province, town, delivery address, e-mail if you provide it, the fragrances ordered and, if any, your gift message.
If you create an account: your e-mail or phone and your password (stored encrypted; we cannot read it).
When you contact us (WhatsApp, phone, e-mail, form): the content of your messages.
Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and small files (cookies) needed for your cart and chosen language.
We do not collect your card numbers: card payment takes place on the payment provider’s secure page.

To prepare, confirm and deliver your order, and to keep you informed by WhatsApp, SMS or e-mail.
To answer your questions and handle exchanges and after-sales service.
To prevent fraud and fake orders.
To measure site traffic and how well our advertising works, in a form that is not used to identify you personally in our statistics.
To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

The delivery companies we work with: name, phone and address, to hand you the parcel.
Payment providers, only if you pay online by card.
Our WhatsApp messaging service, for messages about your order.
Social media and advertising companies, to measure our advertising: information on pages viewed and purchases, with encrypted contact details.
Our hosting provider, which stores the site and its data securely.
We never sell your data. We disclose it to the authorities only when the law requires it.

Orders are kept for as long as needed for follow-up, exchanges and our accounting and legal obligations.
Your account is kept until you ask us to delete it.

Under Algerian law no. 18-07 of 10 June 2018, you may access your data, have it corrected, object to its use or ask for it to be deleted.
To delete your account and your data: write to support@rosedz.com or on WhatsApp at 0797959399 from your account’s phone number or e-mail, saying “Delete my account”. We do it within 30 days and confirm it to you. Only the data the law requires us to keep is retained.

The site and the app use an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to your data is limited to the team that handles orders.
Our services are not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
