The story
The idea
The picture is plain: a cliff edge at sunset, wind carrying dry earth. No ornament and no sweetness. The parfum concentration gives that sketch more weight and more stillness than a lighter version could hold.
The accord
Cypriol opens alone, an earthy root with a faint smoke, far from the usual citrus start. Amyris follows and softens the edges with a warm wood that leans slightly resinous. Cedar, layered in several facets, is the backbone of the scent and keeps it upright.
On the skin
For the first minutes the scent is dry, almost mineral. Then the woods warm against the skin and settle. Longevity is long and sillage is noticeable: the cedar can still be read on a collar by evening.
When to wear it
At the office by day or at dinner, best when the air turns cool in autumn and winter. One spray on the neck and one on the chest is enough, since the parfum density does the work.
